Products and services offered by Varselor Vendor Network (VN) are quite extensive; therefore, prices vary for products and services. To simplify the vendor pricing, we have classified the vendor into tiers.


  1. Applications and solutions : 


Tier 1: These are Enterprise Solutions offered by global vendors. Deal size is > $350,000. 


Tier 2: These are Mid-Market Solutions offered by global vendors. Deal size can range from $100,000 - $350,000


Tier 3: These are solutions by local vendors. Deal size can range from $10,000 - $100,000


  1. Systems Integrators 

Tier 1: These are larger SIs like the big four and management consulting firms. Their service rate range between $150 - $200 per hour


Tier 2: These are global boutique consulting shops and Platinum, category partners. Their service rate range between $100 - $149 per hour.


Tier 3: These are relatively smaller consulting shops and Gold and Silver category partners. Their service rate range between $45 - $99 per hour.


  1. Independent Consultants 


All independent consultants irrespective of their tier classification have previously either worked for the big 4 (Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG), Management consultants like McKinsey, BCG, Bain & company, Accenture, Global Vendors like IBM, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday or top consulting firms like Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Hitachi, Grant Thornton. 


Tier 1: These are consultants from US, Canada, UK, Australia, Mainland Europe, and charge between $100 - $350 per hour.


Tier 2:  These are consultants from Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and charge from $70 - $200 per hour.


Tier 3These are consultants from the Indian subcontinent and charge from between $35 - $69 per hour.


*The pricing structure is extremely flexible and depends on the consultant's location/region; however, the quality levels of consultants are at par.
