[Release 2.0] Service Package - Improved Service Package pricing model

What are service packages and how do I create them?

These are preconfigured service offerings for implementation, support, training, integration, migration, development, etc. Clients can purchase the Service Packages you offer from your profile page or liaise directly with you for modifications.

Here is a video on how to create the service package.

For what services can I create the service packages?

You may create product or industry specific packages for services such as:

  1. Implementation
  2. End user training
  3. Development
  4. Customization
  5. Managed cyber security services
  6. Infrastructure services
  7. Cloud services
  8. Integration
  9. Data migration
  10. Managed services
  11. On-going support services
  12. Project management
  13. RFP/RFI creation
  14. Report designing
  15. Business requirement document
  16. Solution blue print  - technical and functional
  17. Technology advisory services
  18. Application and Vendor selection

How should the products and services be priced?

You decide how you price your bid. Make sure that your pricing is in exact accordance with the requirements outlined in the client's project brief. Provide all the information requested in the order and format specified. Cost is usually an essential factor, but you don't want to place your bid on wishful thinking that,"Lowest bid usually wins." and thus unintentionally under quote. Being the cheapest isn't necessarily the best. Offering an unrealistically low cost can be a red flag, as it may suggest that you don't fully understand the scope of the project. Study the project brief carefully before placing your bid.
